It's a quiet, spacious, rear-facing apartment (2.5 rooms, approx. 80 sqm) overlooking Kiryat Sefer Park, an enchanting natural gem, in a neighborhood that's peaceful 🚊 The light rail is already running, the infrastructure and sidewalks have been renovated, and there's no more development work. 📍Within walking distance of everything the heart of the city has to offer. The home is fully ready to move into 🏠 A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fiber internet, and a 60" smart TV etc. There's also a home-office corner with a 40" monitor, speakers and a printer, plus an exercise bike and fitness gear for the days you stay in. The apartment is half a floor above ground level (just 6 steps) and there's a shelter in the building. I'd be happy to get ₪8,500 per month 💰 Fiber internet, building fee and municipal tax (arnona) are included in the price. Electricity and water are paid by the tenant.
